Celtica master jeweler Peter O'Loughlin displays and sells his silver and gold jewelry at many festivals and markets in California. Below is a list of his tentative Summer & Fall schedule. When he isn't at one of these fairs, he will be at local Markets: the Telegraph Avenue Street Artists Market in Berkeley on Thursday evening at the San Rafael Farmer's Market in San Rafael.
